All services are subject to fees based on distance, vehicle type, and service complexity. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for the services rendered. All sales are final once the service has been completed.
The customer must provide accurate location data and vehicle information. You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or an authorized representative. Towing Aleicer 24-7 LLC is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle during transport.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Towing Aleicer 24-7 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or inability to access the website.
